Does this bug reporting setup look familiar?

This is based on real setups we've seen from teams managing bug reports. Over a dozen required fields, manual screenshots, browser version lookups. The intention is good: get detailed reports. The reality? Most people take one look and walk away.

The problem isn't the people. It's the form.

When you ask reporters to look up their browser version, figure out which environment they're on, and write detailed repro steps, you're asking them to do work your tools should be doing. Most reporters aren't developers. They just saw something weird and want to tell you about it.

There's a better way. With Marker.io, most of these fields don't need to exist.
